The links below are updates to the 2011 Version of JAT Software's PRINTVIEW PLUS system. To download the updates, click on the links by the appropriate icons and save the ZIP file. You will need to Unzip these files to access the updates. If you do not have an unzipping utility (e.g., PKUNZIP, Winzip), please go to www.winzip.com or www.pkware.com to download a version of Winzip or PKWARE. There are README text files in each ZIP download that will instruct you on how to apply the updates.

EITC Notices Updated NJ EITC Statement updated IVR Module updated Canadian Module updated RL-1 Print updated and enabled T4 Electronic Filing updated 4A Electronic Filing updated RL-1 Electronic Filing updated and enabled Puerto Rico Module updated W-2PR Electronic Filing updated and enabled W-2CPR Electronic Filing updated and enabled Philadelphia ADP Codes Updated W-2C Add Screen - When entering an amount in the Correct amount field for Box 10, the Increase/Decrease field was not automatically calculating 1099K Employee Instructions updated 1099R Employee Copy (4-Up) print - An extra line was printing in the bottom (Copy 2) copies. W-2C State Summary Register & W-2C Local Summary Register Updated W-3C Summary Report Screen updated and enabled Summary Report - allows a contact to be updated W-2C & W-3C Form Print updated W-2 Form Print updated PRINTVIEW PLUS UTILITY: Critical W-2C Autoload Module errors updated Box 13 Retirement Plan & Statutory Plan have been identified as having issues when processing W-2C’s via the Autoload Module.  If these checkboxes existed on a W-2, and a box other than Retirement Plan/Statutory Plan is being corrected, these forms are created incorrectly.  The incorrect results are W-2C’s having the previous Retirement Plan/Statutory Plan checkbox checked when it should be blank or unchecked.
