The links below are updates to the 2009 Version of JAT Software's PRINTVIEW PLUS system. To download the updates, click on the links by the appropriate icons and save the ZIP file. You will need to Unzip these files to access the updates. If you do not have an unzipping utility (e.g., PKUNZIP, Winzip), please go to www.winzip.com or www.pkware.com to download a version of Winzip or PKWARE. There are README text files in each ZIP download that will instruct you on how to apply the updates.

Update: 2009 PRINTVIEW PLUS Application Update 19.1

The following are identified problems in PRINTVIEW PLUS 2009 that were updated.

PRINTVIEW PLUS APPLICATION:
•

 W-2PR and W-2cPR electronic filing formats have been finalized.
•
 Updated the W-2PR corporate load layout documentation.
•
 CA, IL, LA, NJ & TX state EITC notices have been updated.
•


 Removed incorrectly displayed "Dual Transaction Correction" edit check during new form creation and W-2PR correction.
•
 Fixed error msg when printing W-2c Export Detail file report.
•

 State and Local drop-down menus increased on new W-2 entry screen.
•

 Increased Temp table fields to support larger Box 14 code entries.
•

 Fixed 1099M and W-2 instructions (copy layout references were incorrect.)
•

 Box 13 descriptions moved closer to checkboxes on W-2 pressure-seal print.
•
 All state filing formats updated for 2009 (except DC and KY).
•

 The UserID and Password datafields on the login box have been limited to a maximum entry of 8 characters.
