Update: 2006 PRINTVIEW PLUS Application Update 16.4

The following are identified problems in PRINTVIEW PLUS 2006 that were updated.

PRINTVIEW PLUS PUERTO RICO MODULE:
•	The federal instruction application was modified to include a legal print of the employee copy instructions.
DATABASE MODIFICATION - PUERTO RICO MODULE:
•	Depending on data, accessing the Federal Register for PR may be extreamly time consuming. This update will require security to be re-created.
PRINTVIEW PLUS UTILITY:
•	Items within the Federal EIN table view may be incorrectly deleted when manually removing an EIN entry.
DATABASE MODIFICATION:
•	Box h (incorrect SSN) is incorrectly printing.
•	Address formatting on printed forms.
PRINTVIEW PLUS APPLICATION:
•	Performance issue on the Reissue Screen was updated.
•	The 1099R report was updated.
•	A header record was added to the Fix Length export.
•	Creating a new W-2c form allows an incorrect SSN change.
•	The Reissue Screen was not properly displaying Reissues created by a User ID having rights to certain Org ID's.
•	Address formatting on printed forms.
