IRS Affordable Care Act (ACA) Forms and Instructions

The IRS has released the ACA forms and the instructions for reporting health coverage offered in 2015 to employees under the Affordable Care Act.  Mandatory year-end reporting for calendar year 2015 begins in January 2016. Employee forms must be delivered by January 31, 2016 and employer filing must be completed by March 31 when filing through the AIR system.
