e-PRINTVIEW is an employee and management self service internet application for online W-2, W-2c, 1099-R, 1099-MISC, Canadian T4, T4A, RL-1 and Pay Stub electronic processing. e-PRINTVIEW currently hosts over 10 million forms from 2010 and prior tax years.

With e-PRINTVIEW, your employees can print their original, reissued or corrected tax forms, and Pay Stubs online, replacing previous labor intensive printing and mailing processes. This electronic distribution method allows you to simply post your tax forms and Pay Stubs on our secure Web site for immediate access by your employees. All you need is employee consent and e-PRINTVIEW can dramatically reduce the flow of paper in your Payroll department. When you consider the overhead costs of paper/forms, envelopes, printer expenses, labor, stuffing, sealing and postage, the savings can be significant.

e-PRINTVIEW can be used for all your reissue processing. An employee can correct their address online and print their reissue copy or have it sent to their email address to print at their convenience. Administration areas allow for an authorized management user to print and mail or email reissues to employees.

Employee Consent Process

In order to distribute original forms electronically, regulations require your employees to approve this distribution method. The approval process must be done in a manner reasonably demonstrating that the employee can access their form online. e-PRINTVIEW complies with this regulation by allowing your employees to register their consent by following a few easy steps within our Employee Consent Web page. Once the consent process is completed, you are sent a text file listing all employees who approved this method. These employees will not require a mailed, hard copy form.

Implementation

Implementations are quick and easy. e-PRINTVIEW services include data extraction programming, integrity verification and loading, application preferences setup, employee and management user ID and password configuration, security management and collocation facility maintenance at a SAS70 data center. Forms are stored and accessible in compliance with retention requirements. Both tax forms and pay stubs can be stored and readily available for current and prior years.
